November first is our four year anniversary.  To celebrate we are having our Fratelli Fights Hunger wine pairing dinner on Sunday November 6th, from 5pm to 9pm.  All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Utah Food Bank to kick off their holiday food drive.  If you would like to make reservations for this special night please give us a call at 801-495-4550.

Local Dinner

Please join us for our annual local dinner on August 21st.  This five course dinner will feature produce and products all sourced from within the state, even down to the flour and salt.  A five course wine pairing will be available.  This year we will be featuring wines from Kiler Grove, Castle Creek, and Spanish Valley wines.  We are now accepting reservation starting at 5pm.  Please call 801-495-4550 for more details.

New Wine List

Just completed the new wine list.  It will feature a couple of wines on the front cover that go well with the season, pair well with a couple of dishes, and are at a reduced price.  We will try and change it up every month to keep it interesting.  We also are bringing in a bunch of new wines from Trilussa wines that can not be bought in the liquor store.  Come check it out.

Black Tagliatelle

Rolled out some black tagliatelle today for seafood marinara.  My hands are died black but it's worth it.
